Responsibilities:
- Entering vendor invoices and reconciling vendor accounts - Accounts Payable - Purchase Orders - Preparation of accounting reports - Assisting with other accounting projects as needed Are you the right person for the job? Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude to learn new technology.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
Experience with accounting software, opportunities for training on software for canidate with Accounts Payable experience.
Excellent communication, administrative and customer services skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment, with adherence to deadlines.
Must have impecable attention to detail.
